My husband runs 11km every other day and relies on his body glide stick. He tells me that he has real peace of mind that in any weather he is protected from rubbing that might result in sore patches. He won't run without it!

Haven't used it yet but was delivered on time. Delivery was a bit pricey.

I use body Glide for all my long runs and its brilliant. It's not always easy to get hold of at the right price but buying direct gave a good price and fast delivery.

I've tried the balm and vasoline and this worked, just hoping it's as good in summer for holiday

Used it on a couple of runs now and had no problems. Working as desired.

No complaints so far. I have used it for a few 5k runs without issue. It is handy as it is in a stick to apply it. Makes things much less messy than the last brand I used. Recommended.

Hasn’t caused any reaction on my skin and no chafing in a recent triathlon

I absolutely love Body Glide for her. I couldn’t live without it in Summer and bought it last year and this year.

Buy this every year best chub rub style cream / Stick out there.
