I used this for the first time on a 30 mile Ultra Marathon. I applied it liberally on feet, thighs, bra line and where my heavily laden backpack usually rubs. It worked an absolute treat, staying effective for the entire 9 hours. I finished without any chafing or blisters at all!
Works really well. Easy to apply with the stick and seems to last through significant sweating.
I've been using Body Glide since 2016 and in my opinion it is the BEST on the market!! I am a Triathlon Coach and Open Water Swimming Coach so use it a lot, serval times a week, all year around and it stops my wetsuit from rubbing and becoming an issue. It also stops me struggling with rubbing on my lats during ultramarathons, which is a God send!! I'd highly recommend it, and often do to all my clients and people in general.
Been using for long runs as part of marathon training. So far so good, seems to stop all unwanted rubbing from clothes and hydration pack.

No need to bake in the chub rub shorts any more! I know this is designed for athletes, but it also works for chubby middle aged women who just want to wear a frock in the summer without thigh rub! Genius!
The 200ml was smaller than the Body Glide I had used previously, but it is handy for a race bag. I did not get any chaffing or blisters on a 64km ultra race, so two thumbs up to Body Glide
Works well against skin but not so well with skin vs fabric but still very happy with the product
My husband runs 11km every other day and relies on his body glide stick. He tells me that he has real peace of mind that in any weather he is protected from rubbing that might result in sore patches. He won't run without it!
I use body Glide for all my long runs and its brilliant. It's not always easy to get hold of at the right price but buying direct gave a good price and fast delivery.
I've tried the balm and vasoline and this worked, just hoping it's as good in summer for holiday
No complaints so far. I have used it for a few 5k runs without issue. It is handy as it is in a stick to apply it. Makes things much less messy than the last brand I used. Recommended.
